Latest Updates


Cater Allen - Date reported, 18/05/2020. This feed has been fixed and we are seeing successful imports for our customers.

Error Connecting


The following bank feeds are facing technical difficulties which are preventing users from connecting to the feed. We are working with our partners to correct this as soon as possible and will update this status accordingly.

  • Barclays - Date reported, 24/04/2020. Some Barclays accounts are experiencing issues connecting. However, this was noticed by our provider and reported to the bank prior to the date reported; on 02/04/2020. Barclays are working to fix this and we will update accordingly.

  • HSBC - Date reported, 13/03/2020. There is an issue with the latest version of HSBC’s open banking APIs, which is responsible for the issue. They are working on the issue to correct this as soon as possible, and we will update this page once this has been resolved.


  • Barclaycard - Date reported, 19/03/2020. Barclays have identified an issue with their feeds and are currently working on a fix now. This page will be updated once any new information is available. 


  • Triodos Bank - Date reported, 31/03/2020. Our provider has confirmed that there is a technical issue being fixed by their engineering team. This page will be updated once any new information is available.

  • American Express - Date reported, 08/04/2020.  It was brought to our attention that there is an intermittent connection issue with American Express. The following steps below can assist with this:

    1. Login to https://www.americanexpress.com/


    2. Click on Account Management

    3. Click on Card Management

    4. Click on Manage Partner Permissions

    5. See the Revoke Consent -> Expand the Consent -> Click On Disconnect -> Confirm The Disconnect

Missing Transactions


The following bank feeds have reports of missing transactions for an unusually long period of time.


  • RBS and NatWest and Ulster Bank - Date reported, 04/05/2020. There is an issue that can sometimes lead to feeds failing to refresh after a maintenance period with RBS and it's subsidaries. To correct this and allow the feeds to update once again please reauthenticate your feed. Due to the Covid-19 situation they are not working at full capacity and as such, this is taking longer for them to correct. 

Not Supported


The following bank feeds are not supported at present and will not be listed when searching for the feed. Our provider is working on bringing support soon, so please monitor this page for further updates. 


  • Co-op Business - Date reported, 13/03/2020. This feed is not supported as Co-op bank are still working on adding Open Banking API support for their business accounts.


  • Yorkshire - Date reported, 13/03/2020. This feed is not supported as Yorkshire bank are still working on their Open Banking APIs. The current ETA for this is mid-April.


  • Clydesdale & Yorkshire - Date reported, 13/03/2020. This feed is not supported as Yorkshire bank are still working on their Open Banking APIs. The current ETA for this is mid-April.


All other bank feeds are functioning as normal.
