This page displays the status of all known bank feed problems as confirmed by our providers.
The following bank feeds are facing technical difficulties which are preventing users from connecting to the feed or from receiving new transactions. We are working with our partners to correct this as soon as possible and will update this status accordingly.
- Metro Bank Direct Feeds - Date reported, 17/09/2020. There is currently an issue affecting all customers who have set up a feed within their Metro Bank app. New transactions are not being imported into Clear Books. We will update this page as soon as this is resolved.
American Express - Date reported, 08/04/2020. It was brought to our attention that there is an intermittent connection issue with American Express. The following steps below can assist with this:
Login to https://www.americanexpress.com/
Click on Account Management
Click on Card Management
Click on Manage Partner Permissions
See the Revoke Consent -> Expand the Consent -> Click On Disconnect -> Confirm The Disconnect
All other bank feeds are functioning as normal.
