This guide helps explain how to create a Clear Books Micro account on behalf of your client, if your client has already created a Clear Books Micro account, please click here.
The Clear Books Micro account you create will automatically be linked to a Practice Edition client account. Once linked, transactions created in real time on your Practice Edition client account will be reflected in the Clear Books Micro account and vice versa.
Click on the Partner module in the top menu bar.
Head to the Clients > Client overview menu.
Click on the Invite link under the Actions column beside the appropriate Practice Edition client account.
Type in your client's email address and hit the Invite button.
If the email address is not registered to a Micro account, you can create the Micro account on behalf of the client by adding their first name and surname in the boxes provided.

The client will then receive an email with their credentials to access the Micro account.
