If you have a client account with a Practice Edition subscription you cannot invite your client in to view the account, however, you can invite your employees by following the steps in this guide.

Step 1.

Login to your Partner account.

Step 2.

Head to the Home>Manage Users menu.

Step 3.

Click on the Invite users button.

Step 4.

Fill in the details of the invite form.

The role determines the access your employee will have to your own Practice Edition account. You can select one of our predefined roles or you can create a new role.

Step 5.

Click on the Invite user button at the bottom to complete.

Your employee will now receive an email with their Clear Books credentials.

You can now begin inviting the new employee into your Practice Edition client accounts.

Step 6.

Click on the Partner module in the top menu bar.

Step 7.

Head to the Clients > Users menu.

Step 8.

Select the employee in the table at the top.

Step 9.

Click on the tick below the appropriate role for each practice edition client. The tick will turn green to confirm their access.

To invite the employee into all client accounts click on the Green person icon under the N/A column.

This will turn all the ticks green in the Employee(predefined column).

Use the Assign to all link at the top of the column to assign the employee to another role in bulk.
