How to create a management report

The Management Report brings together data from all areas of your account into one convenient PDF report to provide a complete overview of your business.

Step 1.


Navigate to Reports > Management report.

Step 2.


Select the appropriate sections to display and whether to include graphs in the report.


Step 3.


Click on the Show advanced options button to customise the management report further, e.g. for date ranges.


Update the advanced option settings as appropriate.


Step 4.


Click on either the the PDF view, Web view (to view within Clear Books) or Download (as PDF file) button, depending on preference.
