If a company works on a project basis, it may be useful to see profit and loss for each completed project. Follow these steps to see how to allocate a project to an invoice.
Navigate to the Settings > Configure system> Toggle features menu.
Select Features in the tab on the left and ensure the checkbox beside Projects is ticked.
Navigate to the Tools > Projects menu and click on the Create Project button.
Enter the project details and then click Confirm.
When creating an invoice, select the appropriate Project in the Project box shown in the screen shot below. To add a Project from this form, click on the Add link under the Projects box.
