To utlise the integration, you must have an account with Capsule CRM, if otherwise, please register here: https://capsulecrm.com/signup/

Step 1.


i) Log into your Capsule CRM account and note your API key on the API Authentication Tokens tab within the My Preferences menu.



ii) On the Account tab within the My Account menu, make a note of your URL shown below the Site address of your account heading.


Step 2.


Navigate to Tools > Integration > Other integrations


Step 3.


Under the Capsule CRM heading, select either Import or Export customers


Step 4.


Enter your Capsule CRM Account URL and the API key and click Next.


Step 5.


Tick the checkbox beside the customers you want to import/export and click on the Import selected items button at the bottom of the page.
