You can use your Clearbooks subscription to manage accounting for more than one business. Here's how to add one. Please Note: All new businesses you add require a separate subscription.


Step 1.


Click on your business name at the top right-hand side of the screen and select Add new business from the drop-down list.


Step 2.


Enter the name of the new business and click Add.



Step 3.


Fill in all the details - if there's a red asterisk you must complete the field - and agree to the Terms and Conditions



Step 4.


Click Register to save the new business and finish.
