You can use your Clear Books subscription to manage accounting for more than one business. Here's how to add one. Please Note: All new businesses you add require a separate subscription.
Click on your business name at the top right-hand side of the screen and select Add new business from the drop-down list.
Enter the name of the new business and click Add.
Fill in all the details - if there's an asterisk you must complete the field, once you're satisfied with the details, you can proceed to click: I agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click Register to save the new business and finish.
