Files can be uploaded to Clear Books and attached, when creating or editing an invoice. To upload files in bulk, please click here to view our guide.


The file types supported are png, gif, jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, pdf and csv.

Step 1.


When creating a new invoice click on the Manage Attachments link below the Bank details to display drop-down box.


Step 2.


Within the pop up box click on the Upload files button and select the files you would like to upload to Clear Books.

Step 3.


Once you have uploaded your files, click on the Attach link to attach your file to this specific invoice.
