The Multicurrency feature is only available on the Large plan.

We integrate with, the conversion rates update automatically depending on the date of the transaction you are processing. This guide helps explain how you can choose which currencies to use and how to set up custom conversion rates.

Step 1.

To enable the Multicurrency feature, navigate to Settings > Configure system > Toggle features > Features and tick the checkbox beside the Multicurrency heading.

Step 2.

Click on the Multicurrency link. 

Step 3.

Tick the checkboxes beside the currencies you want to use. These will appear in the currency drop down box when creating invoices, for example.

To set a manual exchange rate, enter the chosen value into the Set Rate box. For variable daily rates taken from the website, leave the rate box empty.

Step 4.

Scroll to the bottom and hit the Save button to update the system.
